The goal of the initial consultation is to determine if a full assessment is warranted, and help you decide the best next steps for your needs. By investing this time upfront, we aim to avoid any unnecessary costs associated with assessments that might not be essential for your situation. We don't want to waste your time, or charge you for conducting assessments that aren't required or helpful for you. It's a thoughtful and cost-effective approach that prioritises your well-being.
