Level Re-evaluation / Support Needs Assessment $1500
For those who already have a diagnosis but require an updated assessment of their support needs (often required for Disability Support Pension or NDIS).
Includes:
Your assessment appointment, which takes about 50 minutes.
Online questionnaires, which take about half an hour, can be completed online at any time that suits you.
An updated diagnosis.
A letter of support, including detailed support recommendations.
A step-by-step process document and forms required to help you navigate the system more easily if you are applying for NDIS or DSP.

Confirmation of Current Diagnosis (requires prior diagnostic report).

Application support and documentation
If you have completed an assessment with us, we can provide additional documentation to support applications for services, funding, or accommodations. The following services can be requested in your follow up appointment.
NDIS Access Request $250
Includes Letter of Support, Clinician completed NDIS Access Request Form, Letter to your Medical Practitioner, and a step-by-step application guide.
Disability Support Pension $250
Includes a DSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Over 16 years old).
Carer Support Pension $250
Includes CSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Under 16 years old).
Carer Allowance Report $150
Includes a completed Carer Allowance Application form. (Under 16 years old).
Assistance for Isolated Children (AIC) $150
Includes a completed application form.
Companion Card Application Assistance $100
Includes a completed application form and the signing of passport photos (photos provided by you).
Letter of Accommodation for Education or Work Environments $100
Includes a letter to your school or employer, including tailored support recommendations.
Cancellation policy
To help us provide fair access to appointments for all clients, please note the following:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
This policy applies to both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.
Initial assessment appointments are prepaid; where possible, we will aim to accommodate a rebooking when adequate notice is provided.
Appointment reminders will be sent by SMS two days ahead of your appointment.

Therapy prices
Medicare
For clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, the current Medicare rebate is $101.55.
Private Health
For Private Health Insurance, please check with your fund as cover can vary.
NDIS
For NDIS-funded clients, invoices will itemise the direct consultation and associated non-face-to-face professional time separately, according to the services provided.
Psychology Sessions $290
Standard 50 minute therapy session. Appointments are available in person or via telehealth.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Private health rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.
Extended Clinical Consultation with the Principal Psychologist $498
Extended 80-minute clinical consultations are available with the Principal Psychologist and are intended for people with more complex presentations or circumstances. The longer appointment provides additional time to explore concerns in depth, understand relevant history and context, and undertake therapeutic work with greater depth.
Your first consultation with the Principal Psychologist will provide an opportunity to consider whether ongoing extended clinical consultations are the right fit for your needs and circumstances.
