Assessments
Initial Assessment Intake $290
The goal of the initial consultation is to determine if a full assessment is warranted, and to help you decide the most appropriate next steps for your needs.
We aim to avoid any unnecessary costs associated with assessments that might not be essential for your situation. We don't want to waste your time, or charge you for conducting assessments that aren't required or helpful for you. It's a thoughtful and cost-effective approach that prioritises your well-being.
Autism Level Re-evaluation Multidisciplinary Assessment (including Function and Support Needs Assessment) $2500
For those who already have a diagnosis but require an updated assessment of their support needs (often required for Disability Support Pension or NDIS).
(Requires prior diagnostic report).
Includes:
Your assessment appointment with an occupational therapist.
Your assessment appointment with a psychologist.
Online questionnaires, which take about 1-2 hours in total, and can be completed online at times that suit you.
An updated diagnosis, reviewed and confirmed by a clinical psychologist.
A report containing a formal update of your diagnosis, outcomes of your functional assessment and detailed support recommendations.
Function and Support Needs Multidisciplinary Assessment $2250
For those who require an updated assessment of their support needs when these have changed. (Requires prior diagnostic report).
Includes:
Your assessment appointment with an occupational therapist.
Your assessment appointment with a psychologist.
Online questionnaires, which take about 1-2 hours in total, and can be completed online at times that suit you.
A report containing your functional assessment outcomes and detailed support recommendations.
ADHD Diagnostic Assessment $2500
Includes:
Your assessments appointments (the number of appointments may vary depending on need and are included in the assessment cost).
Online questionnaires, which take about 1-2 hours in total, and can be completed online at times that suit you.
Your diagnosis, reviewed and confirmed by a senior psychologist.
A comprehensive diagnostic report containing your assessment outcome and support recommendations.
Multidisciplinary Autism Diagnostic Assessment $3250
Includes:
Your assessments appointments with a multidisciplinary team (the number of appointments may vary depending on need and are included in the assessment cost).
Online questionnaires, which take about 1-2 hours in total, and can be completed online at times that suit you.
Your diagnosis, reviewed and confirmed by a clinical psychologist.
A comprehensive diagnostic report containing your assessment outcome and support recommendations.
Combined Multidisciplinary Autism and ADHD (AuDHD) Diagnostic Assessment $3750
Includes:
Your assessments appointments with a multidisciplinary team (the number of appointments may vary depending on need and are included in the assessment cost).
Online questionnaires, which take about 2-3 hours in total, and can be completed online at times that suit you.
Your diagnosis, reviewed and confirmed by a clinical psychologist.
A comprehensive diagnostic report containing your assessment outcome and support recommendations.
Premium Package: Combined Autism, ADHD and Support Needs Assessment with a Multidisciplinary Team $4950
This package includes:

Payment Plan (12 months):
$450 paid upon booking
$375 per month for 12 months

Application support and documentation
If you have completed an assessment with us, we can provide additional documentation to support applications for services, funding, or accommodations. The following services can be requested in your follow up appointment.
NDIS Access Request $250
Includes Letter of Support, Clinician completed NDIS Access Request Form, Letter to your Medical Practitioner, and a step-by-step application guide.
Disability Support Pension $250
Includes a DSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Over 16 years old).
Carer Support Pension $250
Includes CSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Under 16 years old).
Carer Allowance Report $150
Includes a completed Carer Allowance Application form. (Under 16 years old).
Assistance for Isolated Children (AIC) $150
Includes a completed application form.
Companion Card Application Assistance $100
Includes a completed application form and the signing of passport photos (photos provided by you).
Letter of Accommodation for Education or Work Environments $100
Includes a letter to your school or employer, including tailored support recommendations.
Cancellation policy
To help us provide fair access to appointments for all clients, please note the following:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
This policy applies to both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.
Initial assessment appointments are prepaid; where possible, we will aim to accommodate a rebooking when adequate notice is provided.
Appointment reminders will be sent by SMS two days ahead of your appointment.

Therapy prices
Medicare
For clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, the current Medicare rebate is $101.55.
Private Health
For Private Health Insurance, please check with your fund as cover can vary.
NDIS
For NDIS-funded clients, invoices will itemise the direct consultation and associated non-face-to-face professional time separately, according to the services provided.
Psychology Sessions $290
Standard 50 minute therapy session. Appointments are available in person or via telehealth.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Private health rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.
Extended Clinical Consultation with the Principal Psychologist $498
Extended 80-minute clinical consultations are available with the Principal Psychologist and are intended for people with more complex presentations or circumstances. The longer appointment provides additional time to explore concerns in depth, understand relevant history and context, and undertake therapeutic work with greater depth.
Your first consultation with the Principal Psychologist will provide an opportunity to consider whether ongoing extended clinical consultations are the right fit for your needs and circumstances.
