Clinical approach and services
Tannille Anderson offers a gentle, creative, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Sessions are person-led, with assessment and intervention guided by the individual’s goals, values, and lived experience.
Drawing from occupational therapy and narrative therapy, Tannille supports people to rediscover strengths and identities that may have been overshadowed by negative societal messages, past experiences, inappropriate therapeutic interventions, or experiences of abuse and violence. Holistic practices such as yoga, somatic approaches, meditation, art, and spiritual practices inform Tannille’s broader therapeutic philosophy.
As an occupational therapist, Tannille believes that meaningful engagement in daily life and valued activities supports wellbeing and recovery.
