Our model is designed to be both clinically rigorous and practically streamlined. You remain fully involved in the assessment process through your direct work with the client, while we take care of the broader integration, documentation, and reporting.

Your discipline-specific interview

You complete your discipline-specific interview with the client in your usual way.

Provide relevant documentation

Following this, you provide any relevant documentation you have received from your client, and complete our brief, structured electronic form designed to capture key information efficiently and clearly.

We manage the rest

From there, our team manages the remainder of the process, including:

  • Additional client interviews across relevant disciplines

  • Integration of multidisciplinary perspectives

  • Administration and scoring of psychometric measures

  • Comprehensive clinical formulation

  • Preparation of a detailed, cohesive diagnostic report

Collaboration appointment

To ensure accuracy and shared understanding, we also schedule a brief collaboration appointment with you. This allows for discussion, clarification, and consensus before finalising the report.

This approach allows you to contribute your expertise without the time-intensive demands of report writing or coordination across multiple providers. It also ensures that the final assessment reflects a genuinely integrated, multidisciplinary perspective, rather than parallel or disconnected inputs.
