Cate is a compassionate and skilled psychologist with a strong commitment to understanding and supporting each individual's unique life journey. With a warm and welcoming approach, Cate focuses on building meaningful connections to help clients navigate challenges and improve their quality of life. Her diverse background, including experience in small business, community recovery, Lifeline, and roles as a teacher aide and mother, equips her with a deep understanding of the importance of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. Cate is dedicated to helping clients achieve the balanced, fulfilling lifestyle they deserve.

Cate’s areas of interest include Autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+, addiction, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidality, and she has advanced training in suicide and self-harm prevention. Cate works with adults, adolescents, and children.

Cate provides neuroaffirming Autism and ADHD assessments, as well as Cognitive and Achievement Assessments.

In her spare time Cate enjoys cooking, eating, catching up with friends, and spending time with her grandson.
