Level Re-evaluation / Support Needs Assessment $1500
For those who already have a diagnosis but require an updated assessment of their support needs (often required for Disability Support Pension or NDIS).
Includes:
Your assessment appointment, which takes about 50 minutes.
Online questionnaires, which take about half an hour, can be completed online at any time that suits you.
An updated diagnosis.
A letter of support, including detailed support recommendations.
A step-by-step process document and forms required to help you navigate the system more easily if you are applying for NDIS or DSP.

Confirmation of Current Diagnosis (requires prior diagnostic report).

Application support and documentation
If you have completed an assessment with us, we can provide additional documentation to support applications for services, funding, or accommodations. The following services can be requested in your follow up appointment.
NDIS Access Request $250
Includes Letter of Support, Clinician completed NDIS Access Request Form, Letter to your Medical Practitioner, and a step-by-step application guide.
Disability Support Pension $250
Includes a DSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Over 16 years old).
Carer Support Pension $250
Includes CSP Application Support letter, all required forms, and a step-by-step application guide. (Under 16 years old).
Carer Allowance Report $150
Includes a completed Carer Allowance Application form. (Under 16 years old).
Assistance for Isolated Children (AIC) $150
Includes a completed application form.
Companion Card Application Assistance $100
Includes a completed application form and the signing of passport photos (photos provided by you).
Letter of Accommodation for Education or Work Environments $100
Includes a letter to your school or employer, including tailored support recommendations.
Cancellation policy
To help us provide fair access to appointments for all clients, please note the following:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.
This policy applies to both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.
Initial assessment appointments are prepaid; where possible, we will aim to accommodate a rebooking when adequate notice is provided.
Appointment reminders will be sent by SMS two days ahead of your appointment.

Therapy
Psychology Sessions with a Psychologist $290
Standard 50 minute therapy session. Appointments are available in person or via telehealth.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Private health rebates may be available, depending on your level of cover.
Psychology Sessions (Mental Health Care Plan) $290
Standard 50 minute therapy session. Appointments are available in person or via telehealth.
If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. Your Medicare rebate can then be processed after your appointment and paid directly to you by Medicare.
NDIS Psychology Sessions $232.99 per hour
A standard therapy session includes:
50 minutes of face-to-face (or telehealth)
30 minutes non-face-to-face clinical work (e.g. notes, planning)
Total billed time: 1.3 hours
Our fees align with the current NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits. We welcome both self‑managed and plan‑managed participants.
For self‑managed participants payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Appointments are available in person or via telehealth
Note: Non-face-to-face time refers to clinical work completed by your psychologist outside of the session to support your care.
