Xuan (pronounced Shan) is a Clinical Psychologist who works from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based framework. Xuan understands Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent identities as natural variations of human experience and is committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and empowering.

Professional background
Xuan’s clinical work focuses on comprehensive Autism and ADHD assessments for adolescents and adults. She has particular experience supporting individuals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds and is attentive to the ways cultural context can shape how people understand and express their experiences.
Her practice reflects a strong awareness of the limitations of traditional mental health models, particularly for clients whose needs or identities have historically been overlooked or misunderstood.
